FEATURES
Equipped with a compact high-performance servo motor, this flexible-type hand tool system was developed as a manual nutrunner capable of delivering high-quality fastening performance.
1. FASTENING CONTROL
- Advanced fastening control through torque and angle methods
- Operator error prevention through rate, angle, time, and rotation count monitoring
- Built-in gyro sensor detects tool movement for enhanced operational safety
- Reduced fastening reaction force through motor pulse control
- Sequence control function supported
2. CONTROLLER INFORMATION
- Number of fastening parameters increased from 32 to 64
- Fastening and graph data can be stored via CF card (optional)
- Direct communication with USER CONSOLE (PC software) without a converter, using LAN cable connection
- Supports PLC connectivity through various fieldbus protocols including CC-LINK, DeviceNet, and ProfiBus (optional)
3. TOOL
- Motor Section : Permanent magnet motor adopted for improved vibration resistance, oil resistance, and compact design
- Preamp Section : Integrated high-precision torque signal amplification and transmission module with built-in Tool-ID functionality
4. QUALITY MANAGEMENT
- Detects workpiece abnormalities through torque, angle, torque rate, and time monitoring functions
- Equipped with warning lamp and buzzer alerts in case of fastening abnormalities
- Error codes are displayed separately for tool and controller issues, enabling efficient troubleshooting
